About Claudia

Claudia is the Legal Manager at APOYO Consultoría. She has over eighteen years of experience in consulting on corporate, business, and tax matters. Her primary duties include the drafting of contracts and legal documents; advising on tenders, bidding processes, and the awarding of contracts, both public and private, as well as the granting of bank guarantees; advising on tax audit procedures; advising on processes with the National Registry of Goods and Service Providers (RNP), the Supervisory Board for State Contracting (OSCE), and the Peruvian Securities and Exchange Commission (SMV).

Previously, she was senior attorney in the legal and tax consulting area at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Education

Claudia is an attorney-at-law graduated from Universidad de Lima Law School and a member of the Lima Bar Association (CAL).
