About Alvaro

Alvaro is a project director with the Management Consulting unit at APOYO Consultoría. He has worked for over seven years in business consulting, with a focus on efficiency and optimization of operational, commercial, and business processes, as well as cost reduction and strategic supply projects. He has experience in the textile, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, manufacturing, and construction sectors.

Education

Alvaro holds a Master of Business Administration from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
