About Nicolás

Nicolas is a senior associate at APOYO Finanzas Corporativas, Oaklins’ member firm in Peru. Recent M&A transactions he has worked on include the advisory to Macrocapitales on the sale of it stake (33.33%) of Hass Peru to the controlling shareholders of the Company for US$21.0 million, 100% of Todinno’s shares to Molitalia (US$40.5 million), the Peruvian subsidary of Carozzi S.A., and the sale of Avansys, from Grupo El Comercio (80%) and International Finance Corporation – IFC (20%), to Laureate International Universities, a listed company on the NYSE, as well as deals in the infrastructure, healthcare services, automotive retail sectors, consumer goods, among others. Nicolas also has an extensive experience in several financial advisories and preparation of valuation reports, with relevant expertise in the poultry, agricultural, education, telecom, among other sectors.

Nicolás holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico in Peru.
