Geoffrey is a partner at APOYO Consultoría and the leader of the Economic Consulting unit. He has extensive experience in the infrastructure, natural resources, agriculture, regulatory, and public policy sectors. He was formerly an economist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Washington, D.C.; Antitrust, Regulatory, and Telecommunications Manager at APOYO Consultoría; General Manager and Economic Studies Manager at the Supervisory Board for Private Investment in Telecommunications (Osiptel); and Vice-President of the Antitrust Commission of the Peruvian Institute for the Defense of Free Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi).
Education
Geoffrey has a PhD in Applied Economics from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Universidad del Pacífico.
