About Carlos

Carlos is a project director at APOYO Consultoría, where he co-leads the firm’s damage estimation and controversies practice. He has more than 14 years of experience in analysis of economic and financial issues. He has participated in various commercial arbitration cases in Peru in the construction, highways, ports, airports, energy, telecommunications, services, mass consumption, agriculture, water and sanitation sectors, among others. He has supported several cases of commercial arbitration in the Chamber of Commerce of Lima and also in the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Ranked as one of the best experts on economic and financial issues in Peru (in the context of arbitration cases) by Leaders League and by Who’s Who Legal.
